Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver carrier and driver experience/solutions in a contact center.
• Follow schedules and manage start/stop times, breaks and lunch.
• Support workload surges and overtime during high-volume peaks.
• Use internal systems to gather data for daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with TOM, AFP, and Fleet to drive data-based decisions.
• Support field teams in driver assignment and load acceptance.
