Job summary

Neato is seeking a Logistics Specialist to own end-to-end freight movement from our Nevada facility into the fulfillment network. You’ll quote lanes, select modes, tender loads, and manage carrier relationships to keep shipments moving on time and at the right cost.

You’ll run the bid-to-audit cycle, audit freight bills, and feed performance data back to the plan so our mode choices improve. This role requires 2–4 years in freight/logistics and comfortable with TMS, portals, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in freight, transportation, or logistics coordination.
• Able to quote and book freight and work with carriers or brokers.

Responsibilities

• Freight quoting & mode selection – run the bid cycle and price freight.
• Quote every lane across modes (LTL, FTL, carrier options) and recommend cheapest reliable mode.
• Read the lane to assess trade-offs between cost and reliability.
• Tendering & carrier management – tender loads and keep shipments moving.
• Own carrier relationships and ensure capacity and service levels.
• Freight audit & feedback – audit the freight bill against quotes and awards.
• Feed transit-by-mode actuals back to the plan to improve future choices.
