Neato is hiring a Logistics Specialist to own freight execution for the Supply Chain team, from quoting to audit. You’ll manage lanes, modes, and carrier relationships to move shipments reliably and cost-effectively.

You’ll run bid-to-audit cycles, tender loads, and monitor transit performance to continually improve lane decisions. This role offers ownership of end-to-end freight movement within a growing network.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in freight, transportation, or logistics coordination.
• Quoted and booked freight with carriers or brokers.
• Weigh cost against transit and reliability.
• Detail-oriented invoice auditing and error catching.
• Familiarity with TMS, carrier portals, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
