Responsibilities include entering load data, tracking shipments, communicating updates, and proactively resolving delays while maintaining records. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, operations, call center, or data entry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP a plus).
• Team-first mentality and willingness to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Entering and managing load information in our transportation management system.
• Tracking shipments and providing real-time updates to customers and drivers.
• Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to keep loads on schedule.
• Identifying delays and proactively solving problems.
• Maintaining shipment documentation and load records.
• Collaborating with Sales to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Negotiating rates with carriers to secure reliable transportation.
• Building relationships with carriers and sourcing additional capacity.
