Circle Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Operations Representative in Northville, MI to keep freight moving and customers informed throughout the process. You will work with drivers, carriers, customers, and the sales team to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include entering load data, tracking shipments, communicating updates, and proactively resolving delays while maintaining records. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, operations, call center, or data entry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP a plus).
• Team-first mentality and willingness to jump in where needed.

What You'll Do

As a Dispatch Operations Representative, you'll be responsible for keeping freight moving and customers informed every step of the way.

Your day may include:

• Entering and managing load information in our proprietary transportation management system
• Tracking shipments and checking in with drivers to provide real-time updates
• Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure every load stays on schedule
• Proactively identifying delays and solving problems before they become bigger issues
• Maintaining accurate shipment documentation and load records
• Partnering with our Sales team to provide exceptional customer service
• Negotiating rates with carriers to secure reliable transportation
• Building relationships with carriers while sourcing additional capacity as needed
