Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, operations, call center, or data entry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP helpful).

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage load information in the transportation management system.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to drivers.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to keep loads on schedule.
• Identify delays and proactively solve problems.
• Maintain shipment documentation and load records.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to secure reliable transportation.
• Build relationships with carriers and source additional capacity as needed.
