Estes Express in Manchester, NH seeks an efficient office professional to handle high-volume calls, check in drivers, and enter manifest data. You will image and scan documents, identify special-delivery freight, and manage bills of lading.

You’ll use dispatch software and MS Word/Excel, coordinating with customers to schedule deliveries while maintaining accuracy and dependability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in billing, collections, tracing & OS&D preferred.
• Computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good clerical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow defined instructions and processes.
• Capable of working under close detailed instruction.
• Transportation industry experience a plus.
• Must be able to lift approximately 20 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephones with a heavy call volume and direct calls with accuracy.
• Check in drivers and manage related paperwork.
• Enter delivery manifest data into the computer system.
• Conduct imaging and scanning of bills of lading and other documents.
• Identify freight bills requiring special delivery instructions.
• Distribute bills of Lading to appropriate parties.
• Enter data into the dispatch system.
• Work with driver handhelds and dispatch tools.
• Contact customers and coordinate delivery times and schedules for freight.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
• Perform other duties as assigned as needed.
