Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze information and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve OS&D and freight claim issues.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, carriers and internal teams.
• Gather documents needed for claims and shipment discrepancies.
• Retrieve proof of delivery and transportation records as needed.
• Assist with claims reporting, trend analysis and process improvements.
• Provide training and support to customer service and logistics staff.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse and customer service to resolve issues.
• Support general customer service tasks including scheduling and issue resolution.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
