Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to efficiently coordinate shipping/receiving and communication between traffic and warehouse teams. You will manage schedules, prepare packing slips and bills of lading, and drive process improvements across departments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment. Prior experience in logistics and data entry is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or related roles preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with warehouse operations and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan shipping/receiving schedules to meet customer requirements daily/weekly.
• Maintain a master schedule for shipping/receiving activities.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on shipping issues for domestic and international shipments.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments and reduce freight costs.
• Create packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.
