• Partner with Mercer agents to cover shipments using contract carriers.

• Handle inbound calls to maximize carrier availability and load coverage.
• Make outbound calls to offer freight to outside carriers and promote Mercer opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term carrier relationships to drive repeat business.
• Address and resolve issues to maintain high carrier and customer satisfaction.
• Update brokerage systems with shipment status and carrier activity.
• Identify reload opportunities within Mercer’s network.
