Qualifications

An Associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
Equivalent experience without a degree will be considered.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a client network of shippers, providing excellent service and shipment status updates.
Source, onboard, and manage carriers to ensure dependable transportation solutions.
Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and optimize margins while maintaining service quality.
Post, book, and track freight loads from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
Prepare and process all necessary shipping documents, contracts, and invoices.
Resolve transportation issues quickly, such as delays, equipment shortages, or customer concerns.
