Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field and at least 1 year of freight brokering or logistics experience.
• Familiarity with freight markets, modes, and FMCSA/DOT guidelines.
• Proven track record of booking loads and managing carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers to provide accurate shipment information.
• Source, onboard, and manage carriers to ensure dependable transportation solutions.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers while maintaining service quality.
• Post, book, and track freight loads from start to finish.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, contracts, and invoices.
• Resolve transportation issues quickly to maximize service and cost efficiency.
