We’re partnering with a growing national trucking and transportation company to hire a Freight Brokerage Manager to lead and expand its third-party freight brokerage operation. The company operates a dedicated fleet of approximately 100 trucks moving primarily flatbed freight and building materials across the U.S.; this role will own the freight that falls outside company capacity— sourcing carriers, bidding lanes, negotiating rates, managing 3PL relationships and building a reliable partner carrier network.
