Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Business Development Rep to hunt mid-market shippers and build a growing book of business. You’ll be on the phone, email, and LinkedIn, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and launch.

This role offers base salary aligned with experience plus uncapped commission, with no regional guardrails. You’ll join a global logistics team backed by real operations muscle in LTL and FTL, and you’ll love the pace of growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales.
• Working knowledge of truckload and/or LTL.
• CRM chops (Salesforce or similar).
• A hunter mentality with confidence on the phone and in email outreach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect mid-market shippers by phone, email, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
• Run discovery calls that uncover new opportunities.
• Build proposals and pricing with our team.
• Manage new accounts through onboarding before handing them off to account management.
