The position starts at $40,000 annually with uncapped commissions and projected first-year total compensation of $52,000–$80,000+. Hybrid training for 4–6 weeks transitions to remote work, with benefits including health and other insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No freight brokerage experience required.
• Previous sales or business development experience is a plus.
• Customer service or account management background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn freight brokerage basics through structured training and coaching.
• Develop sales and relationship-building skills.
• Prospect for new customers via outbound calls and relationship building.
• Coordinate shipments and communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates and issue resolution.
