NFI Industries is hiring a Freight Broker to join the U.S. Brokerage team in Camden, NJ. You will manage the full carrier lifecycle, sourcing, negotiating, and building long-term carrier partnerships to keep global supply chains moving.

You will collaborate with sales and account teams, handle daily load coverage, and utilize TMS, data analytics, and Excel to optimize performance and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or completed in a related field.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls (80-100/day) to negotiate and seal deals with carriers.
• Motivated self-starter eager to master negotiation, financial acumen, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with Excel, TMS, and data analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Source, negotiate, and onboard carrier partners to build a profitable carrier network.
• Negotiate spot and contractual rates, leverage market data to optimize margins.
• Manage daily load coverage, monitor carrier performance analytics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams and use brokerage tech tools to streamline processes.
