Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required; logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Experience in transportation/logistics is a plus; training provided for the right candidate.
• Comfort with a high-volume calling environment (80–100 calls/day) and closing deals with carriers.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency with Excel, TMS, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and manage carrier partners to build a reliable pipeline and capacity.
• Negotiate spot and contract rates; use market data to optimize margins and decisions.
• Oversee daily load coverage and evaluate carrier performance KPIs to address issues in real time.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams; leverage brokerage tech tools to streamline processes.
