Shine Logistics LLC in California, USA, is recruiting experienced Freight Brokers for a fully remote, full-time role. You will leverage your active shipper base to generate business and grow the brokerage by securing carriers and negotiating rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months freight brokerage experience.
• Active book of shippers/clients.
• Experience in USA and/or Canada freight markets.
• Established customer relationships.
• Strong sales, negotiation & communication skills.

• Join Shine Logistics LLC to grow and manage freight business.
• Leverage and expand the existing shipper/client base.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and secure shipments.
