Job summary

Iron Ridge Transportation LLC is seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents to join as independent 1099 contractors. You will build and manage your own book of business with the support and infrastructure of a growing brokerage behind you.

Opportunities include developing relationships with shippers, sourcing freight, negotiating rates, and coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery. A flexible work environment and autonomy are offered, with access to experienced broker support.

Qualifications

• Previous freight brokerage or freight agent experience preferred.
• Existing customer relationships and a book of business are a plus.

Iron Ridge Transportation LLC is seeking experienced, motivated Freight Broker Agents to join our growing team as independent 1099 contractors.

This is an opportunity for an established freight broker agent to build and manage their own book of business while having the support, resources, and infrastructure of a growing brokerage behind them.

What You'll Do

Compensation
