Job summary

TTE Texas TransEastern in Pasadena, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Billing Analyst to join the team. The role is based in Pasadena, TX with a Sunday to Thursday, 8AM to 5PM schedule.

You will input freight invoicing data, maintain high-volume invoicing, and respond to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in customer service, strong data-entry skills (30 wpm), and proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills (minimum 30 words per minute).
• Must be good with numbers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input customer freight invoicing data into databases.
• Maintain 150–200 freight invoices billed per day.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with team to improve data entry processes and customer service protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer information.
• Provide updates to Billing Supervisor and team lead as needed.
