Job summary

R+L Global Logistics is seeking a Billing Specialist to audit bills of lading, manage accounts receivable/payable duties, and verify carrier invoices. The role involves working with asset and non-asset transportation partners.

The candidate should have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. This is an on-site position in Florida with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; GED acceptable.
• Experience in Billing, AR/AP preferred.
• Familiarity with TL/LTL, Import/Export concepts a plus.
• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Audit bills of lading and carrier invoices for accuracy.
• Perform freight bill auditing for internal and external partners.
• Clarify questionable items, prices or signatures on invoices.
• Research and resolve carrier invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate findings via phone or email with customers or partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues.
