Responsibilities

• Complete daily bill audits with accuracy and follow ITS procedures.
• Backup support to carrier services via phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Assist Customer Service Representatives with billing research as needed.
• Support Front-End operations with freight bill processing and data entry.
