Connection in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Distribution Support Specialist- PCC to join the IT logistics team. You will handle trucking bills, freight audits, and support freight operations while ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.

The role requires solid typing speed, experience with JD Edwards, MS Office, and data management tasks, in a busy distribution environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 40 WPM typing speed required for processing documentation and sales orders.
• Experience with a multi-phone line system for sales support inquiries.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards (E1) for daily functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares truck bills of lading and associated documentation for all LTL, and Third Party billing exception orders.
• Helps with hourly processing of pick runs and printer room duties.
• Assists with 'stuck' orders and system issues.
• Completes post-audit on freight bills to ensure correct freight charges.
• Resolves invoicing problems.
• Maintains shipment database & prepares reports which tabulate and communicate traffic costs, quality, and departmental productivity.
• Provides freight quotes, proper routing instructions, shipping information and arrange special shipments.
• Additional Support Duties – Provide support to other departments as needed with special projects and tasks.
