Job summary

PSA BDP, a leader in global logistics, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support Freight Audit & Payment operations and act as a liaison among customers, carriers, operations, and finance. You will ensure accurate carrier invoices, respond to inquiries, and support day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international carrier freight invoices accurately and in accordance with SLAs.
• Audit transportation invoices for contract compliance, pricing accuracy, and billing discrepancies.
• Research, investigate, and resolve invoice exceptions and payment disputes.
• Maintain freight payment processing queues and support month-end close activities.
• Serve as primary contact for freight payment inquiries from customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Learn and utilize PSA BDP systems to research shipments, process invoices, and resolve issues.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming freight documentation; maintain organized records.
