England Logistics is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive the growth of its Agent Partner network in freight brokerage. As a Freight Agent Recruiter, you will source, engage, and convert experienced independent agents, acting as consultant, salesperson, and trusted advisor to help them grow their business and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in outbound sales, recruiting, business development, or account acquisition.
• Freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and build your pipeline proactively by recruiting qualified independent freight agents.
• Consult, influence, and close by leading discovery conversations and presenting the Agent Partnership Program.
• Manage a high-performing funnel with an active pipeline and CRM tracking.
• Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new agents.
