Job summary

Echo Global Logistics seeks a detail‑oriented Freight Operations professional to support day‑to‑day tendering and load building for TL and LTL shipments. You will maintain accurate load records, provide timely updates to sales representatives and customers, and escalate issues per SOPs as needed.

You will collaborate with Financial Ops, Billing, Carrier Ops, and other teams to resolve exceptions and drive reliable, on-time delivery while balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting freight execution and transactional brokerage activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret shipping trends, identify risks, and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day freight tendering and load building across TL and LTL.
• Maintain accurate load records with clear notes and documentation.
• Provide timely updates to sales reps, senior operators, and customers.
• Escalate issues per SOPs and coordinate with Financial Ops, Billing, Carrier Ops.
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve exceptions and drive on-time delivery.
