Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years of forklift or warehouse experience in manufacturing or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in cold environments (down to 36°F) and fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to and from production lines.
• Load and unload trailers, verify product and quantities against shipping documents.
• Stack pallets neatly and safely in designated warehouse locations.
• Supply production lines with materials as needed to prevent downtime.
• Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track material movements.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy audits.
• Follow all safety, GMPs, PPE, and hazard reporting procedures.
• Report discrepancies or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
