Kings League is hiring a Freelance Recruiter to support US-based hiring across sports, entertainment and tech. You will identify, attract, and secure top talent, collaborating with internal stakeholders to build high-performing teams in a fast-growing ecosystem.

You will manage sourcing, screening, and interviews, headhunt top profiles, and build strong US talent pipelines while ensuring a premium candidate experience. Join a dynamic startup-like environment with a global reach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment / headhunting (agency or in-house).
• Strong exposure to sports, entertainment, media or tech ecosystems.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sourcing skills and hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Headhunt top profiles within sports, entertainment, and tech ecosystems
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in the US market
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
• Ensure a smooth and premium candidate experience
