Job summary

Kastle Systems, Falls Church-based leader in property technology, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to design and execute hiring strategies, develop creative sourcing plans, and build pipelines of qualified candidates.

You will manage candidate outreach via social media, internal databases, CRM, job boards, and events, conduct phone screens, and partner with recruiters to forecast needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing roles.
• Experience with high-volume and hourly recruitment.
• In-house/corporate recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS (iCIMS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute hiring strategies with recruiters.
• Develop creative candidate sourcing campaigns.
• Source candidates via social media, databases, CRM, and events.
