Job summary

Job description

We're seeking a mid-level Freelance Project Manager to support three active brand and creative workstreams: workplace branding, training video production, and a photography shoot.

The Role

You'll own timelines, dependencies and follow-ups across three concurrent creative workstreams: workplace branding, training video production, and a photography shoot. That means coordinating internal teams, facilities, multiple creative agencies and external vendors - tracking budgets, chasing approvals, and resolving issues before they become problems.

You report to the Brand & Advertising Director. The work is hands-on and visible, and the remit is broad enough to move you beyond relaying messages between teams. You keep stakeholders aligned, documentation current, and decisions moving. When creative projects land rather than stall, that's you making it happen.

The Package

• $70-100 per hour
• Hybrid working
• 20-25 hours per week
• Contract through Q1 2027, ASAP start

The Person

You've got 3-6+ years of project management or coordination experience, built in or around creative delivery - a brand or marketing team, a production or creative agency, or as an established independent Project Manager serving those environments.

You've run multiple concurrent workstreams and several stakeholder groups at once, and you move fluently across internal partners, agencies and vendors. You speak the language of creative teams without needing it explained, and you anticipate the next step before anyone asks for it. PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Box, and Airtable are all tools in your wheelhouse.
