Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd. is seeking a mid-level Freelance Project Manager to support three active creative workstreams: workplace branding, training video production, and a photography shoot. You will own timelines, dependencies and follow-ups across concurrent workstreams, coordinating internal teams, facilities, agencies and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of project management or coordination experience in creative delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Box and Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Own timelines, dependencies and follow-ups across three concurrent creative workstreams (workplace branding, training video production, photography).
• Coordinate internal teams, facilities, multiple creative agencies and external vendors; track budgets, chase approvals, resolve issues.
• Keep stakeholders aligned, maintain documentation, and move decisions forward; execute hands-on to deliver projects.
