Job summary

Bisnow is seeking an event coordinator for the San Francisco Bay area to manage onsite logistics for 2 events per month, both partial and full-day. You will work with event managers to confirm venues, AV, catering and rentals, and handle registration and signage.

Travel to other markets is highly preferred and an advance event calendar will be provided. This hourly role requires a proactive, organized, and energetic professional with 1–3 years of event coordination experience and strong

• 1–3 years of Event Coordination & Registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all onsite logistics for Bisnow events in your assigned market.
• Ensure every aspect of the event is prepared and runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Participate in a 30 minute pre-event call to review details.
• Coordinate venues, A/V, catering and rentals to be confirmed prior to events.
• Handle name badge pickup and day-before registration setup.
• Manage onsite ticket sales and charges through Bisnow’s Square account.
• Store and transport event inventory and signage.
• Crew event signage/materials and ensure post-event removal.
• Coordinate with sponsors to ensure support throughout the event.
