Visit.org, Inc. is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist to manage on-site logistics for in-person events in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on coordinating materials, staffing, and guest experiences at each event.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong communication are required.
• Experience in corporate or large-scale events is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the local region and work per-event contracts.
• Based in Washington, DC with availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics, materials, and staffing for each on-site event.
• Attend planning meetings with corporate partners, nonprofits, and Visit.org hosts.
• Set up, run, and tear down events; ensure a high-quality guest experience.
