Job summary

TAIT, a leader in live experiences, seeks a Freelance Production Assistant based in New York City. This project-based role is not full-time and requires residency in the NYC metro area, offering exposure to high-profile productions and a hands-on production team.

You will support the production office: set up and maintain supplies, track inventory, manage sign-in/out, print and process receipts, and assist with meals and guest directions.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently or with production teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and organize the production office and stock supplies.
• Inventory rentals, purchases, and onsite items.
• Manage radio and staff sign-in/sign-out processes.
