TAIT seeks an Associate Producer to support high-end corporate live events and internal teams in New York, NY. The role focuses on administrative and coordination tasks to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in entertainment or project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, collaboration tools, and budgeting inputs. This is a full-time onsite position supporting major live events.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 3+ years in Entertainment Industry or Project Management.
• Or a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Construction/Theatre Design–Technology with 2+ years in Entertainment/PM.
• 1+ years in client management delivering production solutions, preferably globally.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the project lead and team.
• Maintain calendars and production schedules.
• Input budgets and assist with reconciliation and expenses.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare client decks.
• Capture accurate meeting notes and communicate clearly.
• Organize decks, purchase requisitions, and expense reports.

Formation

HS Diploma/GED with 3+ years entertainment/project management

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Construction/Theatre or related
