Job summary

Clariness GmbH is seeking a freelance representative to manage clinical trial sites and assist patient recruitment.

You will be the patient contact, screen patients (no sales), and work with doctors and patients to connect them. Turkish and English language skills are required, with prior medical or CRA experience. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Mother-tongue Turkish and English language proficiency.
• Experience as a Nurse, CRA, or in a medical field.
• Ability to call patients and handle requests via phone; call center experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of medical topics.
• Well-organized, confident communicator focused on first-class service.
• Available to work morning, noon, afternoon, and evenings if needed.

Your responsibilities:

• Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
• Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
• Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.

Your profile:

• You speak Turkish (mother-tongue) and English.
• You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• You have an understanding of medical topics.
• You have initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
• You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
• You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
