Job summary

Clariness GmbH is seeking a freelance representative to manage clinical trial site interactions and patient recruitment. You will act as the patient contact, screen patients without sales calls, and support doctors and patients in connecting for trials. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a healthcare background such as nursing or CRA.

Prior call center experience is a bonus, and you should be well-organized and confident on the phone. Morning to evening availability is preferred.

Your responsibilities:

• Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.


• Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).


• Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.

Your profile:

• You speak Spanish (mother-tongue) and English.


• You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.


• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.


• You have an understanding of medical topics.


• You have initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.


• You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.


• You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
