Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling lifecycle programs across multiple channels.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across the full customer journey.
• Build and optimize email, SMS, and in-app messaging programs.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on engagement and revenue metrics.
