Job summary

Movers+Shakers is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to lead large-scale campaigns, coordinating with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, and Production to ensure on-time, on-budget execution. You will oversee scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management with an agile, innovative approach to building teams for complex work.

The role estimates 40hrs/week from September through year-end, aligned to East Coast hours.

Qualifications

4+ years of project management in a creative agency setting.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-phase campaigns and budgets.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure project execution on time, on budget, and within scope.
Track hours and budgets against SOW and internal systems.
Map out project planning with phases, milestones, and resource needs.
Schedule meetings, capture notes, and assign action items to keep teams on track.
Provide input to improve efficiency and client/agency relationships.
Inform scopes of work and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
Coordinate across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and Leadership.
Identify blinds spots, resolve issues quickly, and monitor progress.
