Job summary

Leap Group seeks a freelance Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution of media and creative client work across cross-functional teams. You will create timelines, manage budgets, and drive delivery from kickoff to final handoff, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

This role offers a flexible, hybrid-work environment with regular collaboration across media, creative, and strategy units. You’ll participate in planning, scoping, and risk management while maintaining clear communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, digital, creative, or related environment.
• Experience managing media projects, including paid media campaigns and/or supporting creative deliverables.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, media, strategy, production, and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of media and creative client projects across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Build and maintain project timelines, schedules, documentation, and workflows.
• Partner with media, creative, strategy and account teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate kickoff, status, milestone reviews, and project recaps for alignment.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables, identifying risks and blockers.
• Communicate status, next steps, dependencies, and expectations clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Support scoping, intake, estimation, and resource planning for new and existing work.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including timelines and financial tracking.
• Contribute to operational improvements for efficient workflows and processes.
