Job summary

Mars United Commerce is seeking a Freelance Manager, Commerce Media to guide shopper media strategies for client retailers. You will leverage Marilyn Predictive Commerce Intelligence, historical data, and partner tools to drive conversions and ROIs across omnichannel programs.

We value deep retailer knowledge, strong relationships, and the ability to work cross-functionally with activation and retail consultancy teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience doing shopper/retail media strategy at an agency, retailer network or CPG maker.
• Knowledge of self- and managed-service retail search (Criteo, CitrusAd, Pacvue, Kenshoo, Google, etc.).
• Strong relationships with retailers and vendors are a plus.
• Ambitious self-starter who takes ownership and pride in work.
• Passion for retail and omnichannel media; creative and strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Develop insight-backed media strategies for CPG clients at retailers using Marilyn Predictive Commerce Intelligence, client data, and other tools.
• Advise teams on best practices for media strategy, plan building, optimization and measurement.
• Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and partner agencies across campaigns.
• Foster relationships with retailers and vendors and identify beta/test opportunities.
• Stay updated on platforms and trends; share opportunities with clients.
• Oversee execution and optimization of media plans with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop POVs on media vehicles and track performance of retailer vs national vehicles.
• Collaborate with National Media Team to share learnings.
