Mars United Commerce is seeking a Freelance Manager, Commerce Media to craft insight‑driven shopper and retail media strategies for CPG clients across assigned retailers. You will leverage the Marilyn Predictive Commerce Intelligence platform, client data, and market tools to design world‑class programs that drive conversion and ROI.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of omnichannel media ecosystems, strong relationships with retailers and vendors, and a proven ability to lead

Formación

• Experience doing shopper/retail media strategy at an agency, retailer media network or CPG manufacturer.
• Knowledge of self- and managed-service retail search strategy (Criteo, CitrusAd, Pacvue, Kenshoo, Google).
• Strong existing relationships with key personnel at assigned retailer and/or key vendors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop insight‑backed media strategies for the agency’s CPG clients at assigned retailers using Marilyn Predictive Intelligence, client data, and other tools.
• Advise teams on best practices for media strategy development, plan building, optimization and measurement.
• Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and partner agencies across campaign development and implementation.
