Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in retail marketing or with assigned retailer.
• Business acumen with strategic thinking.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Passion for agency life and client success.
• Strong data-driven decision making and industry knowledge.
• Interest in growing assigned client/business.
• Strong listening, written, speaking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and tactics.
• Manage implementation across platforms: Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Pacvue, Skai.
• Build relationships with key retailers.
• Lead execution of programs and mentor junior team members.
• Grow relationships with client vendors, retail media networks, and partner agencies.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project status and budget to client teams.
• Collaborate on planning and retail marketing extensions of programs.
• Manage client approval processes and measure program results.
