The role focuses on incident response, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with product teams to shape technology features and roadmaps for Fraud applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with required years of experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with IT service management and logging tools.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client inquiries concerning software operation and troubleshoots system issues.
• Monitors routine processes to identify problem trends.
• Deploys service releases and patches.
• Collaborates with Product and Solution Architects to guide technical direction.
• Documents incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
