Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for Strategy & Operations in New York. You will shape domain strategy, tackle fraud vectors, and partner with product, engineering, and analytics to drive measurable impact.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, use data to guide decisions, and run experiments aimed at reducing fraud while sustaining growth across Consumers, Dashers and Merchants.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, bizops, investment banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth tech experience preferred.
• Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel are required.
• Bachelor degree required

Responsibilities

• Define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in new areas and deliver direct business impact.
• Analyze fraud vectors across DoorDash's platform end-to-end to identify bad actors and improve user experience.
• Influence across product, engineering, analytics and cross-functional teams to set goals and programs.
• Improve through experimentation by data-driven testing to reduce fraud and accelerate growth.
