Job summary

Cogniify is seeking a Product Lead, Fraud & Claims to own domain expertise and guide cross-functional teams in building agentic operational products. This role translates investigator knowledge and procedures into a clear product vision and validated workflows.

You will architect investigator experience, ensure explainability and regulatory compliance, and drive an iterative design process with business SMEs to refine solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise in fraud and/or claims operations at a financial institution.
• Experience leading product design in a product-led model.
• Strong stakeholder management with SMEs and operations leaders.
• Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements in fraud/claims.
• Experience mentoring internal or client product teams.
• Exposure to agentic AI or AI-driven decision support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design by translating objectives into vision, workflows, and designs.
• Define investigator experience with human-in-the-loop and compliance baked in.
• Operationalize investigator expertise into scalable agent behaviours and decision support.
• Own the product backlog and drive implementation with teams.
• Iteratively validate solutions with business SMEs during design and delivery.
• Build internal capability by coaching product teams for future work.
