Job summary

Velera is seeking a Risk Engagement Advisor to standardize and commercialize Enhanced Fraud services, overseeing revenue, expenses and margins for the EFS line of business. The role requires collaboration across departments, marketing content development, and executive-level client engagement.

Responsibilities include leading market pursuit, client experience design, and producing relevant materials for risk, communications, and sales teams. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Eight years in the financial services industry required.
• Five years in corporate/professional risk management and/or fraud required.
• Five years experience with data analytical tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pursuit of new markets, business opportunities, and relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop client experiences aligned with fraud trends and institutional support for EFS clients.
• Create and execute annual client experience feedback process for the EFS solution.
• Contribute to marketing content and collateral targeting risk and account management teams.
• Provide formal presentations to senior management and clients, guiding sales conversations and expectations.
