Job summary

Velera is the nation's premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and an integrated fintech solutions provider. The Service Executive IV leads complex client relationships, drives strategic plans, and coordinates across Velera teams to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will advocate for clients, oversee initiatives, manage escalations, and deliver trusted guidance to senior leadership while expanding Velera's product usage and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• 7+ years of client servicing/relationship experience in financial services.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives, client outcomes, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the servicing relationship for assigned clients across lines of business.
• Develop and execute strategic plans and operational initiatives for clients.
• Coordinate with Client Growth Executive and enterprise teams to ensure alignment and value delivery.
• Advocate for clients to improve service and promote Velera products and services.
• Provide escalation support, issue resolution, and status reporting to executives.
• Mentor and coach junior staff to strengthen client servicing capabilities.
• Deliver updates and presentations to Velera leadership and client senior executives.
