Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Fraud Risk Analyst to analyze fraud-related data across alerts, cases, and losses. You will design and interpret fraud KPIs/KRIs to support detection, escalation, and overall program performance.

Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Technology to align reporting with regulatory expectations. The role emphasizes translating complex data into executive insights and improving detection, escalation, and resolution outcomes within a hybrid, remote-office setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience typically required.
• Experience in data analysis within financial services, fraud risk management, or payments.
• Ability to handle large data volumes and derive actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with fraud analytics and fraud reporting.
• Familiarity with fraud KPIs/KRIs and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with fraud detection systems or monitoring platforms is a plus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
