Job summary

Chrono24 is expanding its US presence and seeking a customer relations professional focused on fraud prevention. You will inspect listings, assess seller credibility, and help keep Chrono24 a secure luxury watch marketplace.

You will work with the Fraud Prevention Team in Germany, communicating with international clients via phone or email, and contribute to developing new security mechanisms. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

About

As part of our customer relations team, you will help detect fraudulent activities and listings early. You will combine your watch expertise with our security mechanisms to help us deliver excellent quality across our platform. You will uncover fraudulent attempts and analyze the patterns and methods used by fraudsters. In addition, you will ensure that Chrono24 remains a secure online marketplace for high-quality watches.

What you can expect

• You will be an important part of our customer relations team as we expand our presence in the U.S., collaborating daily with the Fraud Prevention Team in Germany.
• You will inspect new listings to verify the authenticity of the watches and the trustworthiness of the sellers.
• You will monitor security processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activity, while keeping sight of the big picture.
• You will communicate with our international clients, primarily via phone or email.
• You will use your experience and expertise to help design new mechanisms and processes that keep Chrono24 safe and secure.
